1. Overview
At Beauty Basket we want you to shop with total confidence. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for a Return

| Proof of purchase | A valid order number, invoice, or receipt is mandatory |

Important: Please do not send products back to the brand manufacturer. All returns must be routed through Beauty Basket’s Returns Desk.
3. Items not eligible for return
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, hair-care, fragrances, or any item where the hygiene seal is broken
- Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, beverages)
- Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., razors, loofahs, menstrual cups)
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Digital downloads or e-gift products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or are received more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Partial refunds
We may grant a partial refund in these situations:
Bundles or kits returned with missing components
An item returned in visibly used, damaged, or incomplete condition
Any product received beyond the 30-day window but within 45 days (subject to approval)
5. How to start a return
Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA visible on the outside of the parcel.
Email our support team at contact@beautybasket.pk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
We’ll reply within one business day with shipping instructions.
Keep your courier receipt and, for high-value orders, consider a tracked or insured service. Until we receive your parcel, the goods remain your responsibility.
6. Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or explain any rejection/partial-refund decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or COD wallet reversal).
7. Late or missing refunds
If you’ve done the above and still have no update after 10 business days, email contact@beautybasket.pk with your order number and “REFUND STATUS” in the subject line.
Re-check your bank or mobile-wallet statement.
Contact your card issuer; posting times vary.
8. Sale & promo items
Only regularly priced items qualify for refunds. Clearance, flash-sale, and promotional items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
9. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or wrong. To request an exchange for the same product:
We’ll dispatch the replacement once we receive and verify the returned item (shipping on us for verified defects).
Email returns@beautybasket.pk with photos of the issue.
Upon approval, ship the item to the address in Section 5.
